The kids have adopted the Black Eyed Peas “Boom Boom Pow” video as the theme song for ADRoadtrip this Summer. So, I thought I would have a little fun with it. All the headphones in the video are from the iFrogz EarPollution line. They look great and sound great. They are a big hit with all the kids.
The entire video was shot on the Flip MinoHD (they have free shipping right now), which was really easy to use, particularly when trying to move around and get tight, quick shots. I played with the color a lot in iMovie ‘09, so it created a little distortion when uploaded to Youtube (they compress it a ton).
The Flip was so easy to use - simply turn it on, push the red button and we were capturing great moments (the drumming scene in the video was exactly that way - a live band was playing and their drummer offered to let the kids drop a couple beats, and the Mino got is all).
I hope you like the video, and get a feel for the fun we are going to have out on the road… we are just getting started.
So what can I say about this… awesome. iFrogz totally delivered today, and just in time for our road trip preparations. Their EarPollution headphones and iPhone cases and packaging look amazing!
The kids can’t wait to break into them (and neither can I). I am especially stoked to break out the “Billionaire” over the hear DJ headphones. I will update throughout the road trip, but don’t forget to follow us on twitter if you want to get your hands on a pair of free headphones. We will have 3 giveaways - so if you are in Salt Lake City, Las Vegas or Los Angeles stay tuned. Free stuff to come.
We received a Spectator Blanket Wanna Race blanket today for our road trip, so I wanted to show it off quickly. Here’s a quick video of the blanket - check out the quality of color and material. I say it in the video, but it really is soft and warm - it’s really something.
So take a look at the video, and go get one - they are great. Also, stay tuned on twitter if you want the chance to get one for free… we’ll be giving a few race blankets to some lucky race fans out there in Salt Lake City, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. To hear when and how follow us on twitter.
I just got my hands on the iRagz microfiber cleaning cloth. It worked magic on my dirty iPhone screen as you will see in the video.
Take a look - I am still working out some minor kinks with the video production and editing, but I hope it’s useful, and demonstrates how cool and easy iRagz really are to use.
iFrogz has just signed on as a major sponsor of ADRoadtrip. If you haven’t heard or seen their ipod and iphone cases and accessories yet, then you should check them out. I am already a huge fan of their earphone and headphone lines. The good news is that we will be rocking our tunes and watching movies on the trip with quality audio and in killer style.
One of the best parts of their website is the headphone designer… you heard it right, you can design your own headphones. And not just a couple colors here and there - they have up to 8 design features with tons of great designs, colors and materials to choose to truly create a set of headphones that only you own. Here’s a shot of a simple build I did earlier today:
Want even more good news, they are going to work with us to give away free gear, so if you follow us on twitter, you will get all the details on the dates, times and locations for your chance to score their swag.
But for now, stay tuned for more updates from ADRoadtrip, and go pick up some great gear from iFrogz.
